What are Electronic Statements and eAlerts?
Electronic Statements and eAlerts
from First Bank and Trust of Indiantown are a fast, simple and paper-free way to manage your accounts and view your check images online. Electronic Statements allow you to view your monthly bank statements and account activity 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

What kind of eAlerts are available to me?
If you are a First Bank and Trust of Indiantown Online Banking customer the following eAlerts are available:

Statement: Notifies you if a new statement is available online. Customers who elect to receive statements will no longer receive monthly statements through the mail. Additional fees may apply for customers who wish to continue to receive paper statements in addition to their electronic statement. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives regarding your account details.

Low Balance:  Notifies you if your account balance falls below a threshold determined by you.

High Balance:  Notifies you if your account balance exceeds a threshold determined by you.

Negative Balance: Notifies you if your account balance is negative.

Check Posted:  Notifies you when a specific check has posted.

Deposit: Notifies you when funds are deposited to your account.

Withdrawal: Notifies you when funds are withdrawn from your account.

Principal Increase: (For Loan Customers) Notifies you if the principal on a loan increases.

Principal Decrease: (For Loan Customers) Notifies you if the principal on a loan decreases.

Loan Payment: (For Loan Customers) Notifies you when a payment is made.

Reorder Checks Reminder:  Alerts you when it is time to request a new order of checks.

Certificate Maturity: (For CD Customers) Notifies you when a certificate of deposit (CD) reaches maturity.

What if I want to change the eAlerts I receive?
eAlerts
are set up and managed by you on the First Bank and Trust of Indiantown Online Banking website. You may change the types of eAlerts you receive at anytime.

Will I still receive paper statements and check images if I am signed up for eAlerts?
No
. You will no longer receive paper statements and check images by mail if you are receiving statement alerts through eAlerts. However, if you would like to continue to receive paper statements, you may contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for details on how to reactivate your paper statement. Fees may be associated with some accounts to receive paper statements.

How long does First Bank and Trust of Indiantown retain my statements and check images?
First Bank and Trust of Indiantown retains your electronic statements and check images on our secure Online Banking Center for two years.

How will I know when my next statement is available?
eAlerts
will email you a notification once a month to alert you when a new statement is available online.

What if I change my email address?
Please notify us immediately when you change your email address. You may change your email address while logged in to Online Banking through the "Manage Email" page, by visiting a branch office, or by calling us at (772) 597-2181.

What happens if I cancel my Online Banking service?
If you cancel your Online Banking Account, you will automatically receive paper statements through the mail. Fees may be associated with some accounts to receive paper statements.

What if I want to discontinue my Electronic Statement?
You may discontinue your electronic statement service and eAlerts at any time by contacting us in person at any of our branch locations; by writing to us at First Bank and Trust of Indiantown, c/o Customer Service, 18855 S.W. Warfield Blvd., Indiantown, FL 34956. You may also contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for assistance.We must receive your withdrawal of consent not less than 15 days before the date statements are processed for you to receive a paper statement for that period. Fees may be associated with some accounts to receive paper statements.

What is Secure Messaging?
Secure Messaging is another feature of the First Bank and Trust of Indiantown eAlert system. You can use the Secure Messaging system to send and receive secure messages regarding your accounts to and from our Customer Service Team.
